The “Where Are You Going?” Therapy For Wellness

When clients come to me, I ask them “Where are you going?” instead of whats going on.  It is not important for me to know what the current condition is in order to be of service to them.  This statement on the surface may feel like I don’t care about them, but actually this is the only way to help them!

It is important to start to teach people to look where they want to go and put a blanket over the current manifestations.  Some would say that what I am encouraging is denial.  I would have to agree with them! These current conditions are only indicators of alignment or not and when you focus upon them, then you actually create more of the same.  There is no other benefit in looking at what is except as an indicator to you of your current vibrational set point.  I am always going to deny anything that I do not want in my future reality!  If you keep pointed in the direction of where you want to go, then the perfect remedy, doctor, healer, abundance, relationship or whatever you desire will show up.

The powerful work that I do is not dictated by knowing where my client is at.  I am forward looking and help move the client to where they want to be.  That’s why I ask “Where are you going?” and “Why?”.  If you can focus on these two questions only, then you will quickly find yourself in the vicinity of improved health, better relationships, financial abundance, etc.  I have connected with the ability to influence the body at a cellular level and if the client will go on the “future ride” of where they are going and why with me in a session, then wellness arrives quickly.

How many times have you gone to see a medical professional or healer and their intake form asks you for a complete history of you (and often your relatives!).  And when you fill out that form, how does it feel?  I am going to revamp my intake form for clients and instead of asking them to describe what is wrong with them, I am going to ask them “What’s right in your life right now?”,  “Where are you going?” and “Why?”.

Focusing on your desires and why (not how or when) is the fastest route to manifestation.

Fred, thanks so much for these posts. They really help me to realign myself when things get out of whack. I think “focus on what and why” is going to be my new mantra.
