If you have been following this work, you know that the most important thing to do for alignment with whom you have become, is to reach for the best feeling thoughts that you can find from where you are at.
What I have noticed in myself and others, especially those with “chronic” conditions, is that we have found a way to bypass our feelings. How do we do that? Where is that feeling place?
That feeling place is in the body. Everyone has their own unique way of experiencing that. As an example…How do you know that you are angry? It may be the feeling of heat, a tightening of the solar plexus, a pounding of the heart, etc. Of course, there is the thoughts. But you don’t know these are angry thoughts unless you have the corresponding feeling.
How then do you bypass your feelings so that you are unaware of them? Most of us at a very young age placed an intention to focus somewhere else as a means to not feel the pain. So, where did we “go” then? We chose (and it is always a choice) to focus and stay in our mind or “go” to some other dimension (like day dreaming). If you did these things then you wouldn’t have to feel.
How do we get back to that “feeling” place then? Since it was your intention then, you can intend now to pay attention to your body and what it is telling you. Every cell in your body has consciousness so communication is definitely possible. Go through your body, from top to bottom and locate areas of resistance. When you find a spot of resistance, stop and ask yourself the question..What does this feel like? Does it feel gripping like fear or annoying like frustration, etc? Then ask yourself..Where else in my life am I experiencing this? Keep working through your body and use this process.
You will probably find a few areas that are the strongest. For me, my solar plexus and sacrum are my big spots. What I do now is pay attention to those areas as often as possible and communicate with them regularly. It’s about getting out of the mind or other dimension and getting into your body.
Acute conditions are a result of chronic conditions that we haven’t felt. When something becomes acute, then it has your attention and you look to get it “fixed”. The feelings from chronic conditions are there, but we are just not used to checking in with our bodies.
If you had a machine that was capable of complete self-diagnosis and repair, wouldn’t that be great! You do!! It is your body! We all have these magnificent bodies that are continually giving us feedback. It’s time to honor them and pay attention to what they are telling us!
It’s time to come back to our bodies!
