I have redesigned them from a new intention and I am excited to have them available.
Why wear one? You wear one as a reminder to stay in the NOW, pay attention to the way you feel, and reach for the best feeling thoughts you can find. When you consistantly do this, things shift in a wonderful way. Consistancy is so important in this work and this wristband is a simple way to remind you to pay attention to thought vibration.
How many sessions does it take for me to return to wellness?
This is a question most asked from clients or potential clients. And it is a question that I love to address! Many of my colleagues often tell their clients a specific number. I never do that! Recently, in a discussion with a chiropractor, she told me that clients like to be told and need guidance. I completely disagree with this statement.

I love my steam room! It is my sweat lodge. It is the place where I have the most “Ah Ha” moments. Since I have owned the steam unit, I have had a continual problem with circuit breakers tripping which cause me to get out of the room, flip the breaker in the next room and then go out into the common hallway (free show for my neighbors!) of the condo and reset the main breaker there. So you see, it is quite a process! Over the past year with my deeper understanding of the Law of Vibrational Expansion, I know that if this is happening in my experience, then I created it. When clients come to me, I ask them “Where are you going?” instead of whats going on. It is not important for me to know what the current condition is in order to be of service to them. This statement on the surface may feel like I don’t care about them, but actually this is the only way to help them!
It is important to start to teach people to look where they want to go and put a blanket over the current manifestations. Some would say that what I am encouraging is denial. I would have to agree with them! These current conditions are only indicators of alignment or not and when you focus upon them, then you actually create more of the same. There is no other benefit in looking at what is except as an indicator to you of your current vibrational set point. I am always going to deny anything that I do not want in my future reality!
