About Fred

I assist people in their quest for wellness. That has been my calling for well over a decade now. My focus wasn’t always on wellness and healing. In fact, I used to spend my time in The Futures and Stock Markets, which as most of you know is a far cry from the world I walk in now. But, it was the contrasting (stressful) experience of that environment that moved me into my current direction. It all started with an acupuncture session that left me feeling better than I had ever felt before. About eight years after that experience, I began focusing on Energy Healing and sought as much information as I could on the subject.

What have you studied?

I have studied many different energy based healing modalities with wonderful teachers. Some of modalities which you may be familiar with are Matrix Energetics, Quantum Entrainment, Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reiki, Hoop Reiki, EFT, BodyTalk, Signature Cell Healing, Acutonics, Pranic Healing, Nomena and Qigong. After years of searching outside of myself for “the perfect technique”, I realized that true wellness comes from within and not from outer technique.  And now, inner Truth is the work I do. That is the place where infinite possibilities originate.

What do you do?

I am an Allower of infinite possibilities.  Words really cannot explain what I do.  In actuality, I, Fred, does nothing.  I am a master at getting out of the way, so a different outcome can occur. I do not focus on the client’s current (temporary) condition and only stay focused on their wellness. A session will unfold in different ways for each client, but often it involves one or more of the modalities that I have been trained in.

Allowing

I also organize and lead group discussions on Allowing. My experience working with clients one-on-one has given me a wonderful perspective from which I lead these in-person and teleconference meetings.
