The Car Alignment

Last month, I took my car to the tire shop to have a leak fixed and my tires rotated.  The service agent then called me back to my car to show me that the inside treads of both of my front tires were completely worn.  I had no idea of this and had to replace both tires and get an alignment.  The mechanic said that the alignment was off about a quarter of an inch.

That really made me think of how we humans can have the same type of alignment problem and not realize it.  Because we are “off” only a quarter inch and we are not paying attention to our tread (our feelings), we do not know how far out of balance we are until our tires blow (physical manifestation).
