If you have been following this work, you know that the most important thing to do for alignment with whom you have become, is to reach for the best feeling thoughts that you can find from where you are at.
What I have noticed in myself and others, especially those with “chronic” conditions, is that we have found a way to bypass our feelings. How do we do that? Where is that feeling place?
That feeling place is in the body. Everyone has their own unique way of experiencing that. As an example…How do you know that you are angry? It may be the feeling of heat, a tightening of the solar plexus, a pounding of the heart, etc. Of course, there is the thoughts. But you don’t know these are angry thoughts unless you have the corresponding feeling.
How then do you bypass your feelings so that you are unaware of them? Most of us at a very young age placed an intention to focus somewhere else as a means to not feel the pain. So, where did we “go” then? We chose (and it is always a choice) to focus and stay in our mind or “go” to some other dimension (like day dreaming).
