The Reminder to stay Present

I recently had an amazing experience with a back/hip “problem” that I would like to share with you.

For almost three weeks there was significant pain in my lower back and hip.  The root cause of all of our issues comes from our focus on the past or future.  Knowing this, I immediately asked the universe what was right about this.  What came to me went back to the time of my birth and I instantly felt much shifting and relief in my back.

However, for almost three weeks the pain persisted.  I was shown that going to see a friend of mine who is a chiropractor would expedite my recovery.  And the couple of times that I went, I found relief.  Also, the chiropractor offered me her space to facilitate my monthly meetings.  That was another gift that we are often not aware of that comes with the way life shows up.  We believe life should show up a particular way and when it doesn’t, we think something is wrong.  Another gift was a re-connection with a friend of mine who offered to help me.

But the pain was still there, making it difficult to practice Bikram yoga, which I attempt to do daily.  And it seemed like there was progress some days and other days I could hardly get into the postures without pain.  Yesterday, I hardly could do anything all day because of the persistent pain.

So this morning I almost blew off yoga, but decided to do it knowing that I was going to the chiropractor later and she could straighten out whatever was happening physically.  I went into the yoga session thinking that I would do whatever I could instead of thinking about how I was yesterday unable to do almost anything.  That shift from thinking about the past to just being in the Present was the huge gift from the universe!  I had the best yoga in over three weeks and the pain was gone!

Are you interpreting your life based on how it was in the past or what is actually here Now?   This was a great reminder for me.  This dramatic shift in six hours was only possible by not looking back but by focusing on what is present now.  Your body is a reflection of your mind.  Anything that shows up in your body is an indicator to you of your thinking.  It is an opportunity to allow for a different outcome.

By not pushing away the pain, staying present and allowing to experience what shows up can be life changing.

Where Have I Been?

You may have noticed that I have not written on my site for some time now. I have been here! I have been doing so much internal work, that up until now, I was unable to translate into the written word. Even now, there is a limited amount that I can say, but I do want to check in with all who visit this site.

I can tell you that through self inquiry I have released many old beliefs, concepts and ideas and that has allowed me to be of service to the Universe, God, All That Is or whatever label you like, in an expanded way.

I have learned the value of living from the heart, trusting the Unkown (where everything comes from), living in the unfiltered Present and viewing life from an expanded perspective. I will be writing on these subjects more in the future.

People always ask what it is that I do and it has been a challenging question for me to answer! But I will try as best as I can! I help people by having them look at their beliefs, concepts and ideas, and question them to see if they are true and whether they serve them (anymore). I’m a belief buster! I allow, by “Fred” stepping out of the way, for the Light of Source that is within you, to shine forth in an unrestricted way that allows for a clearer perspective, wellness or whatever you desire to appear. I open up to the possibility of a different outcome to show up from the infinite possibilities in the Universe. My work is experiential and is beyond words. Bottom line is…Shifts happen!

I just completed a six month period of offering all my services without charge that was suggested by my own guidance. It was a wonderful experience of unconditional giving and receiving. Now, I am told to begin charging for my services again using a fee scheduled based on a person’s ability to pay. My service is unique, however, similar type work is offered at a rate between $70 and $325 per session by other practitioners. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.

More to come soon!

Giving Unconditionally—Part 2

A while back I wrote about how I have been guided to give my services unconditionally. I wanted to give an update about what else has transpired since I followed that guidance.
There have been a few very generous people who have given straight from the heart and truly understand giving unconditionally.

But things keep coming in unusual ways!
I wrote last time about the free reading I received from a wonderful person named Kalie Noelle.

A few weeks ago, I won the grand prize in a Hay House contest that I had registered for a few months ago. That’s the first contest I have ever won!

Last weekend, I was in LA to assist in an event that hosted Braco, the Croatian Gazer (Healer). During the 15 minute cab ride from the airport, I had a conversation with the cab driver about many things. I was his only fare in five hours. When we arrived at the hotel, he told me that the cab ride was free! As much as I appreciated that gesture of appreciation, I could not accept it and actually gave him twice the fare. But, once again the Divine gave me another gift in his offering me the free fare in the reality of being his only customer.

At the event, I had the blessing of being able to stand in front of Braco for two and a half days. It was amazing!

When you trust that everything is unfolding just the way it is supposed to be, then Life just flows.

Is practicing Law of Attraction like taking a Spiritual Drug?

It came to me recently that practicing Law of Attraction is like taking a drug. A drug is a vibrational frequency that is taken to neutralize another vibrational pattern in your body. Practicing Law of Attraction (LOA) is attempting to change a vibrational pattern in your mind by using different thought (vibration). Both attempt to make you feel better.

Sometimes the drug/thoughts work. Sometimes it seems like they don’t. The results can be very quick or very slow. When you don’t have the exact vibrational fit, then there are side effects. Neither get you to the root cause which is our beliefs. In LOA it is said that it works because you address the root cause namely your thoughts. And beliefs are just persistent thoughts. Just adding better feeling thoughts on top of chronic beliefs is just a cover up like a drug. Then, you feel better until the next…..happens.

When they don’t seem to work (drugs or LOA), we blame ourselves or point to someone else to blame for it not working. We question what’s wrong with us, our worthiness, intelligence…etc. We try harder, add other things, get different opinions and the list goes on and on as our trouble remains.

There is only one way to understand your beliefs. You have to get to know them, question them and then allow them to die. I will discuss this more in future posts.

LOA helps, just like drugs do sometimes. But our dependence on them just covers up the deeper issues.

Until recently, I had been a big fan of the Law of Attraction. In fact, I lead two Meetup Groups whose only focus used to be the Law of Attraction. I am very well versed on the subject and can give an answer to almost any question there is on the subject. And I loved Abraham-Hicks and still do because their work has great value for many. There is nothing wrong with following LOA, but the way it is understood by most, it is used like a drug.

Giving Unconditionally

Recently, I have been guided to give my services unconditionally.  It’s been a powerful demonstration to me of the way the universe works.

At first, there was some resistance to doing this.  Where would my income come from?  How am I to live?  Fear showed up in the form of doubting, not trusting and self worth.  I am so glad that these things showed up so that I could look at the beliefs and let them go.

I also saw that giving unconditionally opens the door to receiving so much more from the universe.  When you don’t restrict giving to conditions, the flow that comes is so grand that it cannot be described with words.

And by doing this, it allows for my clients to look at the subject of giving and expand their lives.  It’s a win-win situation.  I have known for a long time that giving is receiving and receiving is giving.  Are you open to this process?

I want to share a recent story that occurred.  The other day I received an email from a most gifted communicator who speaks to and listens to our higher selves and provides amazing guidance from them.  Her name is Kalie Noelle and her website is: KalieNoelle.com .  I haven’t spoken or received a reading from her for quite some time.  She said that she was sitting down to do some emails and she got the message from her guides to offer Fred a free session.  And it was an amazing session!  That’s how amazing the universe is!  You are always provided for.

I am not saying that you should not charge for your services or quit your job (unless you are guided to do that!).  I am saying that trusting your inner guidance will always provide you the most fulfilling journey.

Understanding giving unconditionally is a gift for me and you from the universe.
